Factory Engineering Standards

Industrial-Grade Component Construction

Manufactured in our ISO-certified 500,000 sq ft facility, every Flip Mix module is engineered to surpass structural load, seismic, and thermal requirements across global regions.

Floor Module Construction

Reinforced Structural Chassis

Color-coated steel sheet sealing backed by heavy-gauge steel framing and trusses. Insulated with 3.5” high-pressure polyurethane (PU) foaming and finished with 0.3” waterproof SPC full-size interior flooring.

Roof & Ceiling Cassette

Weather-Tight Thermal Barrier

Color-coated steel roofing panel over structural steel trusses. Core thermal protection provided by 3.1” to 4.3” high-pressure PU foaming, finished internally with 0.4” bamboo-wood fiberboard.

Wall Envelope & Partitioning

Insulated Composite System

Exterior walls feature 1.1” carved metal board over 3”–4.3” PU foam core. Interior partitions utilize double-layer OSB board with structural square steel tubes and 2” acoustic glass wool insulation.

Compliance & Ratings

Engineering Performance Parameters

Certified test data for regional permit approvals, site planning, and safety compliance.

Performance Test Metric Standard / Rating Procurement Benefit
Wind Load Resistance Up to 156 mph (Category 4 Hurricane equivalent) Suitable for exposed coastal sites and high-wind corridors.
Roof Snow Load 31.3 psf (Pounds per Square Foot) Prevents structural deflection in severe winter conditions.
Floor Load Capacity 41.8 psf Live / Static Load Accommodates standard residential or commercial interior equipment.
Seismic Resistance Category E / F Rating High ductiliy frame designed to withstand major seismic events.
Fire Resistance Rating 1 Hour Structural Integrity (Non-Combustible Core Option) Meets urban infill and commercial camp safety mandates.
Acoustic Insulation 45 dB and above (Sound Transmission Class) Provides interior privacy and noise reduction for multi-unit clusters.
Structural Lifespan 50 Years Designed Service Life Low total cost of ownership (TCO) across long-term housing programs.
Export & Freight Optimization

Built for Global Supply Chain Efficiency

Transport costs can determine project viability. The Flip Mix system features a precision folding hinge design that compresses two complete 912 sq. ft. homes into a single 40ft High-Cube ocean shipping container.

  • Standardized container corner castings for immediate handling at ocean ports and rail terminals
  • Demountable design allows repeat folding, transportation, and redeployment across project cycles
  • Delivered as pre-wired, pre-plumbed sub-assemblies to eliminate specialized trade labor on site
